Mama Exch Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

By accessing or using any part of the mama exch platform — including browsing the website without registration — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to comply with them. Acceptance is further confirmed by completing the registration process and ticking the confirmation checkbox presented at signup.

• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited under applicable law, and the use of this platform is your sole responsibility in the context of any local laws that may apply to you.
• You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from mama exch or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains active.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on mama exch. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the name, phone number, email address, device or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth and any other information requested during the verification process. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. Mama exch will never ask for your password via email, phone or chat. • Account sharing with any other person is not permitted.
• Mama exch reserves the right to request identity verification documents (CNIC copy, mobile wallet screenshot, selfie with ID) at any time, including before processing withdrawals.
• Failure to complete requested verification within the timeframe specified may result in account restriction pending document submission.
• Verified accounts receive faster withdrawals and access to higher deposit and withdrawal limits.

Mama exch accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All account balances, bets and payouts are denominated in PKR. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on mama exch:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet and over-the-counter)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital wallet)
• IBFT — Interbank Funds Transfer (bank transfer)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. As a general guide, the minimum deposit via Easypaisa and JazzCash is Rs 200. Mama exch does not charge any platform fees on deposits, though your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits must come from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Funding your mama exch account using a payment account belonging to another person is a breach of these Terms and may be treated as money laundering, which mama exch is legally obligated to report.

Withdrawals from your mama exch account will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible, or to a verified payment method registered in your account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

Mama exch reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include ID documents, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds information. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified within 72 hours may be cancelled and the funds returned to the account balance.

There is no withdrawal fee charged by mama exch. Any charges from your bank or wallet provider are your responsibility.

Mama exch offers various promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback and VIP Club rewards. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering multiplier has been met using real money bets.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on net deposits multiplied by the stated wagering multiplier. For example, a Rs 1,000 deposit bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Creating additional accounts to claim a bonus more than once constitutes bonus abuse and will result in permanent suspension of all accounts involved.
• Mama exch reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, adjust wagering requirements, or amend promotion terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes.
• The VIP Club cashback programme operates separately from promotional bonuses. Weekly cashback is credited automatically every Monday and carries no wagering requirements — it can be withdrawn immediately.

All bets placed on mama exch are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market and sport. General betting rules that apply across all markets on mama exch include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. No bet may be cancelled, modified or withdrawn after it has been accepted by the platform, except where mama exch explicitly offers cash-out functionality on the specific market.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. Mama exch reserves the right to accept or decline any bet at its absolute discretion.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in a bet being accepted at incorrect odds, mama exch reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake to your account balance.
• All odds are displayed in decimal format unless your account settings specify otherwise. Decimal odds include the return of your stake (e.g. odds of 2.00 on a Rs 1,000 bet returns Rs 2,000 total, a profit of Rs 1,000).
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before completion, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's rules as published in the mama exch betting rules documentation.
• Duplicate bets — identical bets placed multiple times on the same event by the same account — may be limited or refused at mama exch's discretion.

Casino games and live dealer tables on mama exch operate according to the rules specified within each game. Players are responsible for understanding game rules before placing bets. All casino outcomes on mama exch are determined by certified random number generators (for RNG games) or physical outcomes monitored by live dealers on camera (for live casino games).

• Mama exch does not manipulate casino game outcomes. All games are provided by licensed third-party providers whose software and RTPs are independently audited.
• Any bets placed during a documented system malfunction or connection interruption may be voided at mama exch's discretion. No winnings will be paid on bets affected by a confirmed technical fault.
• Live dealer tables stream in real time. Decisions made by the dealer on camera are final. No claims regarding dealer errors will be accepted after the round has concluded unless supported by review of the recorded stream.
• Progressive jackpots, where offered, are paid subject to verification of the winning bet and game audit. Payment of jackpots over Rs 500,000 may require additional identity verification before processing.

Mama exch is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Exploitation of software errors: Intentionally exploiting known or suspected platform glitches, errors or vulnerabilities to gain an advantage.

Mama exch reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any player account at any time with or without prior notice where we reasonably believe that:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The account has been involved in fraudulent, unlawful or abusive activity.
• Continued operation of the account presents a risk management concern.
• The player has requested self-exclusion or has been identified as a vulnerable player requiring protective intervention.
• Regulatory, legal or compliance obligations require the restriction of the account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawals will be held until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation finds no violation, the account will be reinstated and pending withdrawals processed. If a violation is confirmed, the account balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

Players wishing to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting support at support@mamaexch.bet. Any balance remaining will be withdrawn to your verified payment method before closure is finalised.

Mama exch collects and processes player data for the purposes of account operation, identity verification, payment processing, responsible gaming monitoring, and marketing communications (where consented). You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any content from the mama exch platform for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without express written permission from mama exch. Automated scraping of odds data, game results or any other platform content is prohibited.

Mama exch provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mama exch's total liability to any player arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Mama exch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of data, loss of profits or opportunity, or losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control including telecommunications failures, third-party payment provider outages, or events of force majeure.

Mama exch reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of material changes to registered players via email at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required by law or regulatory requirement, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of mama exch after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to arrange closure and withdrawal of your balance before the effective date.
